But I’ll try to explain. Mail-in ballots, for example, have to have the envelop they’re in postmarked and signed.
Say it was not in both cases. If I still open it, rather than throw it out, or put in the stack of improperly arrived ballots, and then put the paper ballot in with all the rest, it’s impossible to figure out which one came from the envelop that should have been discarded.

what if the paper had an invisible watermark to reveal if
it was REAL?
what if >70% of the “ballots” in contested cities were
missing the watermark?
what if the Evidence were withheld until the right moment?
The other side is always saying where’s the evidence like you commit a crime and leave evidence like ballots obviously marked “fake ballot”.
