This appears as bad news but is actually good news as it rockets the Constitutional issues to the US Supreme Court.
I predict right here that five originalist judges will decline to grant cert on the grounds that this is a nonjusticeable political question, and that Amy Coney Barrett will write the decision.

These 3 judges KNEW that 5 minutes after they spoke ANYTHING an appeal would be emailed to the Supreme Court by whichever side lost so they were not about to disappoint their Liberal/Marxist/Socialist pals with a vote to support Trump. Doing so would have probably got their house burned down in Pennsylvania.
I listened to the full 3 hour hearing. The EVIDENCE is overwhelming.

Losing 3-0 on a panel of 2 Bush and 1 Trump appointees in no way qualifies as good news. SCOTUS will make its decision on the same evidence and issues presented to the Appellate. If new evidence is presented and SCOTUS feels it of import the case will be returned to the Appellate court. All that will last well beyond Dec 14.
Except Giuliani didn't raise any constitutional issues in the 3d Circuit-- only whether he should have been allowed to file a third version of his complaint. Even if he won that, it would entitle him only to go back to the same trial judge and start over. So my bet is SCOTUS refuses to hear this case.
