America is on the verge of sanctioning a socialist takeover of the greatest government ever established on the face of the Earth.
What are we doing about it? Are we in solidarity with our president, or are we tacitly admitting defeat in the midst of the battle? Are conservatives who criticize the president's legal team, as Rush Limbaugh did, helping the president or the insurgents? Are those who say Georgia is now our only hope, the Senate our last chance, encouraging patriots or the enemy? The subliminal message is that we've already lost the White House, so the Senate is all we have left.
Why do so many feel defeated in the middle of the fight? For years, Americans have been beaten down, victims of emotional and psychological abuse by media. With continuous abuse, many succumb to learned helplessness, where an individual who "continuously faces a negative, uncontrollable situation stops trying to change [his] circumstances." In other words, they give up.
The media's abuse is wide-ranging, and their weapon of choice is gaslighting. They tell us we can't believe our own eyes. Hillary did nothing wrong; there was no RussiaGate conspiracy to remove the president. Don't believe stories of Biden using his son for money-laundering and kickbacks — not even if you've watched the video of Biden demanding a quid pro quo from Ukraine.
They gaslight us with polls to reinforce the coming election fraud. Polls are not only wrong, but ridiculous — Hillary a 15-point lead, Biden 15 points again, yet Trump trounced Hillary and, without fraud, Biden. They use polls to tell us what to think: "the majority of Americans don't believe there was voter fraud"; therefore, neither should we.

I think they’re talking about spineless, gutless wonder GOP Senators. There are plenty of them that fall into the Never Trumper or RINO classification or both. Let me name a few: Mitt Romney, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, Rob Portman, Mike Lee, John Cornyn, Lindsey Graham. Mitt Romney is the worst of the worst, yet he keeps his seat. Conservatives need a new Party. I personally believe we would be so large that the current GOP would have to tow the line. Of course, being the crap they are, they would throw in with the Democrats. Face up to it. How many GOP Senators do you see out talking about this rigged election. How many do you see out stumping for the Georgia Senate candidates. The GOP is a mess and have earned the reputation they own. I bet you still watch Fox News.

We may never know the full level of corruption and attack to which persons like John James were subjected. I will not judge them, not everyone is a Super Hero of Silver Screen fame. They have families, accidents can ‘happen.’

Just heard PA Senator Doug Mastriano say on Steve Bannons War room that the PA Legislature can and may seek to overturn the certification.

I’m appalled by the gutless, nutless Republicans. These dopes have spent decades trying to please the press, reaching across the aisle to give Dems everything they could possibly ask for, and letting every perversion and illegality slide so as not to offend anyone.

Here we have the fightingest President we have dreamed about for generations, and we aren’t behind him. Of course, Mr. Trump isn’t fighting as hard as he could, or he would call out the militia to suppress this damn insurrection and get an instant army of MILLIONS. Ok, play it safe and only call up military veterans ... and still get MILLIONS.
I would really hate to see us fighting as “A Militia Of One” (still millions) when even a hint of organization, a basic chain of command, would put us on a par with any infantry on Earth. Add a little training and some logistics and the world would fear the Fighting Deer Hunters of America.

I think it is cynicism or lack of confidence more than defeatism on this site. I think Trump should fight this to the bitter end. A lot of RINO senators and congressmen are defeatists and are calling for Trump to concede. The defeatists who want to "move on; we'll get 'em next time" are kidding themselves if they think there will ever be fair elections in this country if we take this lying down.
That said, I feel like we are at bat in the bottom of the 9th, down 9-1 with two outs already and the count is 0-2 against the batter. Sure a win is possible, but...
Can someone definitively say whether the PA certification (that has been signed with Biden electors named, and already posted in the archives) is possible to be reversed? If so, what is precedent?
the PA certification can be reversed by the PA Legislature and it can be reversed by the courts who declare the election void and then the PA Legislature certifies who the electors will be.
