He allowed Biden to receive intelligence briefings, same as Kamala Harris is getting already as member of the Senate Judicial Committee, and given permission to that government lady to talk to the Biden staff. The lady made it clear she does not decide who is president.

The woman who was holding the line on briefings was getting death threats. He would never put her in that position. He has said it is inappropriate and that it will change nothing in the end. Having a transition team is a game to make the end seem inevitable but in real terms it means nothing.

1 overturning such large leads in several states is a long shot, unless you can prove a reason to change a sufficient number of votes. Not statistics, actual changes in the totals.
2 just because he responsibly says he’ll leave office if he truly loses, doesn’t mean his challenges are over.
3 just because lawsuits are filed, etc., Doesn’t mean he is going to win.
4. Our gooses were cooked when they allowed weeks and weeks of mail voting.
5. Did they cheat? Hell yes. Can he prove it and win? Unlikely but he is trying.
That sums it up. I keep hoping there is enough evidence to change the results.

I hear you. Unkike many on here who get that Chris Matthews tingly feeling every time they read an “explosive” blog posted on hear that gives “undeniable” proof that the election was stolen etc.... I am a realist and grasp that most likely, Biden will be the next president.
The “House” always wins and the cards are stacked against him. The fix is in.
Is it all over? Not a chance in hell. He will fight and continue to fight because like most on this board, he knows whats at stake.
But people have to be real and the odds are slimmer by the day that he will be reinaugurated. It sucks, but it’s the facts and reality on the ground that we have to deal with.

My gut tells me that Trump will get a small victory in one of his legal fights in SCOTUS, Perhaps in PA, but not enough to swing the election his way.

He’ll have no choice but to
