And injunctive relief is still called for because the applicants remain under a constant threat that the area in question will be reclassified as red or orange.

The Governor regularly changes the classification of particular areas without prior notice.
If that occurs again, the reclassification will almost certainly bar individuals in the affected area from attending services before judicial relief can be obtained.
At most Catholic churches, Mass is celebrated daily, and “Orthodox Jews pray in [Agudath Israel’s] synagogues every day.” Application in No. 20A90, at 4.
Moreover, if reclassification occurs late in a week, as has happened in the past, there may not be time for applicants to seek and obtain relief from this Court before another Sabbath passes.
Thirteen days have gone by since the Diocese filed its application, and Agudath Israel’s application was filed over a week ago.
While we could presumably act more swiftly in the future, there is no guarantee that we could provide relief before another weekend passes.
The applicants have made the showing needed to obtain relief, and there is no reason why they should bear the risk of suffering further irreparable harm in the event of another reclassification.
For these reasons, we hold that enforcement of the Governor’s severe restrictions on the applicants’ religious services must be enjoined.

At these locations, the applicants can hold services with up to 50% of capacity, which is at least as favorable as the relief they currently seek.”

Justice Roberts is a backstabbing traitor to the Constitution.
Roberts has been owned by the Left ever since he acquired his kids in an illegal matter. The Left lets him do what he wants unless he is told otherwise. A prime example is his contortions and last minute change to uphold Obamacare.
Roberts has exposed himself as the Benedict Arnold of the SCOTUS.
Gorsuch’s concurrence is a bare knuckles take down of Roberts. He call him, in effect, a coward.
Kavanaugh’s concurrence is chilling. He indicates that he is for sale.
Wouldn’t count on any good election decisions from this Court.
here’s hoping that the lib justices get tired of being on the 5-4 losing streak and decide to retire to academia... and trump wins another 4 years and can replace them all.

Reading that language, Roberts issued that dissent just because he could without affecting the outcome. He has become quite a politician in recent years.

Leftist- here is the result I want, now have the clerks back fill with some of that law crap.
Unicorn- follow the law even if it leads someplace that my political leanings don’t like.
Roberts isn’t a traitor, he is a coward. He wants to keep the Court out of anything that might make it unpopular or controversial. In short, he is the perfect Bush type Republican. Stand for everything and fight for nothing. Be a compassionate conservative and walk down the middle of the road. Reach across the aisle and above all, COVET the praise of the inside set. Don’t upset the apple cart. Be a stand up guy, go along to get along.
And most of all, decry and turn your back on those who actually fight for the principles you claim to believe in.
I don’t buy that, that is the hold on him.
Why do I say that? Here are the two most popular theories.
A) Illegal adoption: (Your theory.) Common people wouldn’t fault him over it. So having it made public would have little impact. He broke foreign (Irish I think !) law again so few people would care. People would be extremely sympathetic. Anyway these kids are grown now.
B) Hidden homosexuality: Maybe ? Nowadays who cares about that? If he came out of the closet as bisexual it would be a yawner. We just had a homosexual DNI. (Note not happy with this turn of the culture but its there.)
