Well, if you want to ruin the dinner, go full speed ahead.

I don’t think you’re going to ‘make friends and influence people’, who may have just been looking forward to a pleasant meal and friendly chat, if you turn it into an opportunity for polemics. I would do that on another day.

What you think is ‘love’ might be received by another as just irritation at a moment when they didn’t want or expect it.

Better to warm them up by being a very friendly and non-threatening host. Hit them with the politics on a later day.

I see the major deep state narrative this year is “don’t talk politics at Thanksgiving.”

You guys are so obvious. Can’t you see that?

I think our response to this low IQ deep state narrative should be to speak the truth more boldly than ever.
