You're still mixing distinct terms. A hand recount, is a type of recount. Recounts are a portion, but only portion, of an "audit." "Validate" (or invalidate) the machine count, would be a more appropriate term in this context, to avoid confusion.

But regarding the question, it simply can't be done easily or practically. The system that was used is flawed, to only use a machine code to count the ballot, when it is actually being counted. Unless the machine code itself, can be counted by something other than the machine that printed it, there is insufficient evidence to conclusively prove what vote was actually counted.

This is another major flaw in the current process. There should be no limits placed on the audit. There should be a "full audit" which is a known and typical process. The Gov and SoS could order a full audit, but they won't. The question is why, since this is the proven best way to determine if fraud occurred. Instead, they want to conduct 2 basically meaningless recounts, and try to pass them off as "audits" when they are actually very "limited audits."

In the Georgia 2020 election, none of the above had any impact on the Georgia election.

We've already been over this. Until the QR codes themselves are validated or invalidated, by something other than a Dominion machine, you haven't actually recounted what was actually counted.

So you weren't aware of the lawsuit that was filed against him previously over the purchase of the Dominion machines? And in that lawsuit, Dominion exec stated under oath that the machines aren't to be modified unless they are re-certified, but it's now been admitted they did modify the code without recertification?

You also didn't address the under the table deal he made with Democrats, to violate state law in their favor, that I mentioned to you previously. How about his refusal to conduct a "full audit" of the vote, especially in light of these revelations?

There's even a new accusation if not lawsuit regarding his potential misappropriation of millions of dollars of some sort. Becoming a new media star on CNN doesn't inspire confidence either. But I'm sure you've got good long winded excuses for all that too, correct?
