There was the incident near Richmond Va that occurred on the last day of Voter registration....A Verizon cable just happened to be cut near the election board in Chesterfield on Route 10. Now why it affected the Capitol main board and all the other VA county boards of election in the state? I don’t know, but the entire state was shut down that day. Of course a judge allowed 3 extra days for stragglers to register. What got me about this incident was how the whole state wide vote registrar system was shut down and no one could even verify that they were still registered even if the local clerk was called(who told me that because the state was shut down, the local records were, too! What a way to install 100000 phantom registered voters?!!

I guess we’ll never know...
