OK they could have run a spell check. A spelling error in the title: DISTRICT
X2 + “COURT” (”DISTRICCT” & “DISTRCOICT”)...not a good open. (1st Impression). Still reading.
Such a spelling addition of an extra “C” will have exactly zero effect on the pleadings.
It’s Adobe OCR transcribing the PDF this way. Legal submissions have to include a paper copy.
I’d like to personaly thank you for pointing that out!! You have excelled above and beyond the call of duty in saving this great nation!! /s...
You missed one, too
I’ll never understand how that happens, but as time goes by it happens more and more. Ok, fine, spell check didn’t work. Did no one even glance at the first @#$%ing page?
I know! Actually, that header should be a macroed cut and paste.
Seriously, what the hey is that about? “DISTRICCT”??? “DISTRCOICT”??? Whaaat? Is this some kind of legal shorthand???
Actually two distinct spelling errors one of them especially creative: “DISTRICCT COURT, NORTHERN DISTRCOICT OF GEORGIA”
Hope this is not representative of the accuracy of the document.
