This is unreal, so Trump could very well still win this, and if he does the left is going to absolutely lose their minds with no doubt the media flaming the living hell out of it by portraying Trump as a cheater. This could result in armed conflicts on the street, but you know what? To hell with them. If we have to take to arms to preserve our freedom so be it.

...kemp is at the center of whether the dems control the senate or not...and he could have done the right thing and this would not be an issue!

He did the "Kemp" thing by putting his political future above the country's. Loeffler has nothing over the politically courageous, and adept Collins. That is, other than appealing to white, suburban women--an increasing concern for most GOP pols.

To be honest “deadpan humor/sarcasm” etc. often do not translate well into a posted text especially when you’re not familiar with the person doing the posting.

I’d cut the guy a bit of slack in that respect.

“You’re a pathological left-wing troll.”

The second proof you’re as dumb as a rock.

And as someone with 40 years of network security experience, both DOD and Industry, I can tell you the standard is forensic evidence to prove hacking and/or fraud.

Whether you like it or not.

Are you sure about a paper ballot ALWAYS being printed from a Dominion machine and thus available for hand recount? Sidney asserts otherwise. Seems like it would be easy to prove/disprove by asking voters if they handed in a paper ballot after they filled stuff in on the machine.

98.
It was further reported in 2019 that the new Dominion Voting Machines in Georgia “[w]ith Georgia’s current voting system, there’s no way to guarantee that electronic ballots accurately reflect the choices of voters because there’s no paper backup to verify results”

Tangential rant:
If the Dominion machines PRINT ballots after the voter makes their selection on the screen, why the hell are they needed at all? What practical efficiency and voter security are gained by having an expensive, hackable machine involved in our elections if the end result is still a piece of paper with some bubbles filled in? This just doesn’t make sense. What am I missing, other than massive kickbacks from Dominion in the pockets of various secretaries of state?

PS. The “hand recount” or “audit” scanner that checks if the QR code and observed marked fields MATCH, can lie to you.

You observe a field filled as a vote for TRUMP.

And, the scanner gives you a GREEN light for “this ‘voter record’ has a MATCH” - QR record and filled fields.

But you do NOT know what the “hand recount” or “audit” scanner actually records for this specific “voter record”.

You only know what some computer says as a summation of what the scanners eventually report to it.

The scanner tells you one thing, and later, sends another thing to the computer-superior collector of tabulation work.

You cannot know the truth, unless scanners - for “hand recount” or “audit” scan ONLY the filled field.

Which brings up another problem:

The built-in deception by Dominion, using a multitude of symbols as possibles for filling a field, where there is but one purpose: filling the field.

Rather than deceptively applying a code to the field.

If there is only ONE SYMBOL for filling fields, then you have a better probability of “scan ONLY the filled field” - providing you a truthful answer.

A summation of “voter records” - of which, ONLY the filled fields are scanned . . . THAT is what you use to compare with Dominion tabulators’ claims asserted during the original election tabulation.

I wondering, did you vote in Georgia? I did. I made my choices and when done the system printed a paper ballot showing my selections and asked me to verify them. How can you say then that votes were not cast by paper ballot? It was the paper ballot that was run through the scanner and tabulating system. So yes, the votes were cast by paper ballot.

The law in Georgia stated that a risk limiting audit of the election system had to be performed. Statistical significant samples of the ballots were to be hand recounted. Instead of randomly selecting an appropriate sample, said to be 1.5 million of the printed paper ballots, the Secretary of State ordered all printed paper ballots to be hand counted to audit the voting system counts (the scanners and tabulators).

Signature verification is a different issue. Auditing the paper ballots with a hand recount was to audit the Dominion voting system. It had nothing to do with signature matching at all. If there had been software electronic "manipulation" of the vote totals done secretly by domestic and foreign parties, then the audit would have shown that.

Your post is why I continue to post on the subject. I don't believe that ignorance regarding our vote in Georgia is in our best interest, especially with the upcoming Senate runoffs. There simply is no profit in misinformation regardless of how innocent or hopeful it is.

I have a feeling that this lawsuit will be almost a template for other swing states... they all pretty much followed the same playbook... kick out/hinder observers, Dominion switch, feed fake ballots, etc. Then you have dead voters, double voters, voting for someone who didn’t vote, etc. And all the states seem to have bad actors who changed the laws outside of state legislature.

There was NO AUDIT. Stop lying to people.

If you don’t understand at this point that the paper ballots were meaningless, no more than false security, you are hopeless.

You refuse to hear the truth of what happened, nor read the massive amounts of evidence as to what happened.

What is your purpose here? You defend Dominion and you defend Raffensperger continuously p, even when shown repeatedly to be wrong.

This lawsuit was not filed on November 25 in the Georgia Northern District Court. Per PACER. Several cases were filed but not this one.

And as a CISSP, CISA and PMP I can tell you competent people provide this evidence every day in court rooms across the country.

Forensic evidence is the standard for criminal conviction. And it’s not impossible to obtain.

If you didn't get a printed ballot then your vote wasn't finished.

Georgia shopped for a system that had a paper trail. Our old Diebold system used a "smart card". So we were getting rid of that and insisted on having a system that produced a paper trail that could be audited after the fact. Each voter should have handled their own ballot and checked it before turning it in to the poll worker to be scanned.

What practical efficiency and voter security are gained by having an expensive, hackable machine involved in our elections if the end result is still a piece of paper with some bubbles filled in?

As I said, Georgia insisted on the paper trail so the voter could see their selections before turning in their ballot. The paper ballot could always be later counted to verify whether or not the "count" was hacked. In Georgia's 2020 election, we verified that the "count" was not hacked. It really is that simple but here we are.

Sort of...

If he loses in the state/district courts, four SCOTUS justices have to decide to hear each case. They have to see evidence that their involvement could change the outcome - hence why it is VERY important for these lawsuits to give EXACT numbers of ballots they deem fraudulent, since their number must be greater than Biden’s margin for SCOTUS to care - as well as legitimate Constitutional issue(s) at hand.

I read a legal blog (that I ordinarily respect) last night that was convinced Alito will dismiss PA now that the PA SOS certified the election. If this is true, I guess the same result would hold for contested elections in any other state that has already certified results. To me, this blogger’s conclusion seems illogical since numerous Constitutional violations were alleged to have been committed by the states and resolving these disputes is precisely the purpose of SCOTUS, but I’m applying engineer logic not lawyer logic! There’s a chance this particular blogger is a Never Trump type, too. Let’s hope he’s wrong. If at least one of these cases doesn’t make it to SCOTUS, I’m going to be very confused what SCOTUS is for.

I caught that too. In Georgia the machine prints a ballot. It contains text showing how you voted and a bar code that holds the votes. The bar code is what the tabulators actually read. There is no way for a voter to verify the accuracy of the bar code.

I early voted at the Lynwood Park location mentioned on page 35 of the complaint. When I voted and approached the tabulators they asked me to read the first letter printed below the bar code, then directed me to the tabulator on the left. Someone here said that was probably to reflect the right precinct, that the tabulators could be programmed differently. Maybe so, but what if they were programmed differently according to how you voted?

Beach333, the auditors counted the ballots with the same visual information that you used to verify the accuracy of the ballot, i.e. separate from the bar code.
