Seems to me this “innocent rule modification” was to be used to see how many votes they needed to manufacture to result in a favorable outcome.

Yes, further discovery and evidence will be needed. She has established a foundation that flipping/manipulation *COULD* occur and maybe occurred in the past.
But, this the 2020 election and first hand evidence/affidavits for this election regarding Dominion is
needed.

There was no HAND recount in GA. That is precisely the problem. So of course the totals matched. Sidney talks about this in her case. Do a search of the document to see her argument.
NB: Allegedly many of the typos are a result of turning it into a searchable PDF. This is believable, but I think also avoidable and/or correctable.
Oh, you could probably bet money (in Vegas) if the House was flipped in the same manner the democrats would be screaming from the rooftops.
I would say can Republican caught using Dominion services will be out in the next election. As a general rule, Republicans do not like dishonesty in elections. the democrats use it as their daily tool.

The point goes toward the reported statistics I suppose. The "fraud" was theorized to have occurred system wide, thus in all 159 counties. A "little here and a little there" kind of thing which engineered a predetermined outcome. So it really wouldn't matter if they were Trump counties or not, all counties would have had some kind of algorithm to under report Trump votes and over report Biden votes.
That all sounds good until you get to the paper ballot receipt and the hand counting of all of those and the validation of the machine counts. I can't see their point at all except that they are simply ignorant of the import of the 100% hand recount audit of the printed and verified by voter ballots. To say some voters might not have checked their ballots really doesn't cut it since it was their responsibility and the system confirmed their acknowledgment of the printed ballot matching their selections.

Please elaborate how what Georgia did in the 100% hand recount of the paper ballots and the resulting hand tabulation doesn't qualify as a HAND recount in your opinion? What was lacking? Maybe I can learn something from you on this.
Having had an OCR in one of my computers, I can testify that that version would have done a lot worse than what you see in this doc.

This happened in a case against me.
The lawyers interviewed witnesses then wrote the affidavit and had the witness sign as their testimony. Clever way an attorney can lie.

(Attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibits 2 and 3), respectively, are true and correct copies of (1) the Affidavit of Amanda Coleman in Support of Plaintiffs’ Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (the “Coleman Affidavit”), and (2) the Affidavit of Maria Diedrich in Support of Plaintiffs’ Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (the “Diedrich Affidavit”). On Election Day, when the Republican poll watchers were, for a limited time, present and allowed to observe in various polling locations, they observed and reported numerous instances of election workers failing to follow the statutory mandates relating to two critical requirements, among other issues:
(1) a voter’s right to spoil their mail-in ballot at their polling place on election day and to then vote in-person, and
(2) the ability for voters to vote provisionally on election day when a mail-in ballot has already been received for them, but when they did not cast those mail-in ballots, who sought to vote in person during early voting but was told she already voted; she emphasized that she had not. The clerk told her he would add her manually with no explanation as to who or how someone voted using her name. (Attached hereto as Exh. 13, Aff. Ursula Wolf)

Another observer for the ballot recount testified that “at no time did I witness any Recounter or individual participate in the recount verifying signatures [on mail-in ballots].” (Attached hereto as Exh. 14, Nicholas Zeher Aff).

In some counties, there was no actual “hand” recounting of the ballots during the Hand Recount, but rather, County Officials and their employees simply conducted another machine count of the same ballots. (See. Exh. 9, 10). That will not reveal the massive fraud of which plaintiffs complain.
I’m no lawyer, but what about the other states? This is just one state, how can this help Trump overturn the election? Or does she have to filed the same suit in the other states? Wow this is crazy close to Dec. 14th when the electoral college meets.
