Press release

Breaking through the stratosphere: Frankfurt InternetExchange DE-CIX beats own record with 10 Terabitspersecond data throughput Frankfurt

am Main(Germany), 4 November2020.

DE-CIX(GermanCommercial Internet Exchange) in Frankfurt has set a new record for data throughput at peak times.Reaching 10 Terabits per second,DE-CIX broke through the stratosphere shortly after 8 pm yesterday evening, 3November.

It was only at the beginning of March thatDE-CIX Frank furt reached the record-breaking9 Terabit-per-second mark. Now, in just a few months, the old record from springtime has been exceeded by almost 10 percent. Already at the end ofDecember 2019, the traffic record had reached 8.1 Terabits. In comparison to this time last year(7.1 Terabits), data throughput at theFrankfurt InternetExchangehas grownby 40 percent; under normal circumstances, the expected annual growth would be approximately tenpercent.

With 10 Terabits per second data throughput at peak times and more than 1000 connected customers, DE-CIX in Frankfurtmaintains its position as one of the largest Internet Exchanges in the world. FurtherDE-CIX locations in New York, Madrid, Marseille, Istanbul, and Dubaihave also achieved new records for throughput at peak times. “Whether it’s forhome-schooling, work-from-home, or private use,the global outbreak oftheCovid-19 pandemic earlierin the yearresulted in a meteoric rise in the use ofdigital applications–forstreaming, chatting,or gaming. This year, there was also no slow-down in the summermonths–quite the opposite! As a result of the coronavirus, digitalization has been boosted at all levels. We see in particular that large enterprises andlisted corporationsare currentlyadapting their interconnectionstrategiesand are specifically seeking consultations and investigating the possibility of data exchange at and via InternetExchanges likeDE-CIX.With all eyes on the US election this week, a further impact on traffic has been felt around the world. It hasalready been made clear that theInternet canwithstand massive loads –like those of aglobal lock-down.

Now is the time to increase the quality ofthe Internet maximally, right through to the end user,” saysDr. Thomas King, CTO atDE-CIX.

Background information:

What is a Terabit of data per second?
What does a data throughput of 10Terabits per second mean? -One Terabit per second, Tbit/s or Tbps, is a dimension for the transmission speed of data.-10 Terabits per second corresponds to the simultaneous transmission of up to 2.2million videos in HD quality or a data volume of more than 2.2billion A4 pages of text (a stack of paper close to 220 kilometers high).-1 Terabitper secondis103Gbit/s, 106Mbit/s, 109Kbit/s or 1012bit/s, i.e. 1,000,000,000,000 bit/s. -The next lowest data rates are measured in Gigabits per second (Gbit/s) and Megabits per second (Mbit/s).25 years of Internet history “Made in Frankfurt”DE-CIX (German Commercial Internet Exchange) was born in 1995 in the old post office building in the Gutleut quarter of the Main metropolis, when three Internet service providers –MAZ from Hamburg, EUnet from Dortmund and XLink from Karlsruhe –joined forces. The aim was to promote global digital networking and establish efficient and cost-neutral data exchange via Internet exchanges. Today, DE-CIX is an important part of the global Internet infrastructure, with 25 locations in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America.# # #About DE-CIXDE-CIX is one of the world’s leading operators of Internet Exchanges, and this year is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Taken into operation in 1995, DE-CIX in Frankfurt, Germany, with a data throughput of more than 10Terabits per second (Tbps) and over 1000 connected networks, is one of the largest Internet Exchanges in the world.

In total, in its 25 locations in Europe, the Near East, Asia and North America, DE-CIX provides over 2100 network operators, Internet service providers (ISPs) and content providers from more than 100 countries with peering and interconnection services. Sidney Powell used it, effectively promising lawsuits which would make the stongest shrink in fear from them.

As far as I can tell, and I have not read it all, Powell succeeds in proving Dominion was designed to be manipulated and could have been manipulated.

She also presents statistical evidence of counting anomalies.

But I see no forensic evidence it actually occurred. I believe without that, it will be dismissed.

I respectfully suggest that this be formally be recognized as a high level Kraken.

I just completed reading the full 104 pages. Well presented. Follows the maxim of “Tell them what you are going to say. Tell them. Tell them what you just said”. Legibly lays out the supporting facts. Legibly lays out the state and federal statutes, constitutional issues and associated precedents.

The strongest request for relief was for the presidential election. I would have liked to see an equally hard emphasis on the option of canceling the entire November 3 general election and conducting an entire do-over of the down ballot.

Ms. Powell did good.

I do have a questions. The filing refers to problems being especially bad in Barrow, Cherokee, Forsyth, Hall and Paulding Counties but I can find no reference to any of those counties listed anywhere else in the filing. Any idea what is up with them being listed?

I made the same observation.

I think you’re commenting on a different post than I made. Someone accused me of attacking Sidney Powell and called me a troll. I responded to that. You are talking about blue state conservatives, among whom I used to be numbered. But that has nothing to do with Sidney Powell and the Kraken that she released, which I wished a bon appetite. I hope Sidney packs them all off to jail, even though that might traumatize a few poor rapists and murderers, and give some bank robbers nightmares. Deep staters have to be put somewhere to pay for their crimes, and chain gangs are no longer an option, and Alkatraz is just a tourist attraction.

This is a real zinger. I was under a misguided impression that Georgia Law allowed absentee ballots to be opened and counted several weeks before election day-— No way. That was another illegal action by Raffensperger.

“”””In April 2020, the State Election Board adopted on a purportedly “Emergency Basis” Secretary of State Rule 183-1-14-0.9-.15, Processing Ballots Prior to Election Day. Under this rule, county election officials are authorized to begin processing absentee ballots up to three weeks befoe election day. Thus, the rule provides in part that “(1) Beginning at 8:00 AM on the third Monday prior to Election Day, the county election superintendent shall be authorized to open the outer envelope of accepted absentee ballots …” (Emphasis added). 9 https://apnews.com/article/u-s-news-ap-top-news-election-2020-technology-politics52e87011f4d04e41bfffccd64fc878e7 26 61.

Rule 183-1-14-0.9-.15 is in direct and irreconcilable conflict with O.C.G.A. § 21-2-386(a)(2), which prohibits the opening of absentee ballots until election day: After the opening of the polls on the day of the primary, election, or runoff, the registrars or absentee ballot clerks shall be authorized to open the outer envelope on which is printed the oath of the elector in such a manner as not to destroy the oath printed thereon; provided, however, that the registrars or absentee ballot clerk shall not be authorized to remove the contents of such outer envelope or to open the inner envelope marked “Official Absentee Ballot,” except as otherwise provided in this Code section.

In plain terms, the statute clearly prohibits opening absentee ballots prior to election day, while the rule authorizes doing so three weeks before election day. There is no reconciling this conflict. The State Election Board has authority under O.C.G.A. § 21-2-31 to adopt lawful and legal rules and regulations, but no authority to promulgate a regulation that is directly contrary to an unambiguous statute.

Rule 183-1-14-0.9-.15 is therefore plainly and indisputably unlawful.””””

Here is another zinger. The signature rejection rate for absentee ballot applications was .00167% - only 30 statewide. Out of more than 1.3 absentee ballot applications only 30 signature rejections!!!!!!

“””””In Georgia, the signature verification requirement is a dead letter.

The signature rejection rate for the most recent election announced by the Secretary of State was 0.15%. The signature rejection rate for absentee ballot applications was .00167% - only 30 statewide. Hancock County, Georgia, 86 population 8,348, rejected nine absentee ballot applications for signature mismatch. Fulton County rejected eight. No other metropolitan county in Georgia rejected even a single absentee ballot application for signature mismatch. “””””

The exhibits are not posted yet, but I have a feeling this might be part of the stats regarding those counties. By the way, those are some of the most conservative counties in GA, and have been ranked in the top ten conservative counties in the US. To think they got 60-80% increases of votes for Biden over Hillary is laughable. I live in one of those counties and I can tell you it is absolutely ridiculous.

Here’s the chart, scroll over to the right to see the percentages:

There are 5 different counts in her GA filing. Any one of which is enough to flip GA back to Trump. Only one of which is about the Dominion voting machines and the tampering of the data therein.

For some, there is no amount of evidence that can convince them.

This is certainly not a great argument to be making. All 5 of thos counties were won by Trump overwhelmingly. 43%, 39%, 33%, 43%, and 29% respectively. Is she asking to have those votes overturned?

I don’t think this was part of her lawsuit, but 59 counties had ZERO absentee ballot rejections.

You are reading the Court OCR of the PDF.
References to these “typos” are rampant in articles, comments, and even titles of posted articles.

Someone should post a threat with your perspective in the title - and who better to do it than you?

See my post 334... she is not arguing that these counties went for Biden, just that the statistics for Biden’s vote there is suspicious. See the link I posted a link to what she may be referring to.

I read Sidney’s filing pretty closely and I agree she did not mention any detail about signature rejections on the absentee ballot envelope save her reference to the .015%.
