Unfortunately, that's how it's done in the courts. Legal language is by design arcane and convoluted, lawyers have to justify their 7 years or so of college and law school. Otherwise, any simple plain language speaking schmuck could be a lawyer too. And we can't have that!
Seriously though, we are in a very good position with regard to this election. The vote fraud is being documented in many different venues and the weight of the evidence is already overwhelming, and we haven't even seen all of it yet.
The liberals I know are already underwhelmed with the so-called "Biden victory". Even if they don't admit it, they know deep inside their hearts that this election was stolen from Trump. Also, they aren't even passionate about their candidate (like we are about Trump). Even in the afterglow of a so-called victory over an incumbent president, Biden cannot draw very much of an audience to his scripted teleprompter speeches. For the Democrats, it was not about Biden but solely about "defeating Drumpf" and they needed a massive amount of cheating to accomplish that.
This is why I feel strongly that Trump will prevail. Even in the worst case scenario, Trump and his MAGA agenda comes out on top.
Let's consider first the worst case scenario: Somehow all the court challenges to the fraudulent election fail and Biden gets installed on January 20th. That would be a pyrrhic victory indeed as all of America will know that he did not truly win the election. Plus Trump would still have his very massive (majority) following and trust me, he would not quietly go into that good night.
Trump would be free to tweet and even parley to his heart's content (yes, I think he moves to Parler very soon regardless). He'd be doing massive rallies, drumming up support for MAGA congressional and senatorial candidates for the 2022 mid-terms (with an eye on 2024). Maybe even spearhead (and finance) his own media outlet. Or he could instead throw his support behind upstarts like OANN, NewsMax and RSBN and help them push past the fake news outlets.
That's the worst case scenario. Liberals think they are free of Trump and his supporters? Think again.
Now should Trump prevail in the courts and state legislatures to undo the fraud and secure his rightfully earned second term, all I can say is that the payback will be epic and he will clean out the Deep State like nobody's business.

Yep, there was quite the shoot out. U.S. Military and a foreign intelligence agency(mi6?) broke into the building and took about 15 rogue CIA Agents and 10 CCP intelligence operatives. U.S. election data was being routed through Germany and by the time it was changed was routed back to the U.S. By the way E. was in Germany and headed up the operation. Told you maggots we are leaving the Country while we still can. Right now I am on a boat in the Caribbean with a beautiful negress, 10 stashed in a bank here and eating fine food. I think there were four house seats in question due to the voter fraud. Problem is so many ballots were sent through with only one vote made for Biden. Those were all fraudulent.
That would be great. I hope and believe one way or another he will be seated to a second term. And when he does he is going to clean house. All the dirty players in FBI and CIA and DOJ and politicians exposed. And when he holds press conferences don’t let in the fake news amd media. They can get there info second hand. Don’t answer any of there questions. Use stations like OAN and Newsmax. I have never seen so many media types treat a President like this. Ever. They have no respect for him amd he is the most transparent President ever. Maybe that’s why they think they can push but it’s time to push back. He deserves 4 solid respected years to get things done for our future.

Because infamous Dominion Voting Systems executive Eric Coomer claimed the change was “minor” and did not require recertification.

It all began when issues were noticed regarding Senate candidates not appearing on the touchscreen ballots. But attorneys for the plaintiffs called for paper ballots to be used in lieu of replaced technology because it was so close to the beginning of early voting in Georgia. Their request was denied outright by Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
