Pardon can be extended and not accepted in a dismissed case. Flynn is thus free to unleash the Kraken on all the national security things for which Trump has top clearance. Including some nasty little details that is known on Sullivan (such that he will dismiss, assure you). Emmet Sullivan will be forced to resign (after he dismisses the case prior to the need for Flynn to accept a pardon). Flynn, in the meantime is cleared of the charges in the interim and can release all he knows to the top cleared President. National Security issues.
