Objections are debated separately by each house and must be affirmed by a separate vote in each house. If one side starts playing games, then both sides will start objecting. At some point it becomes even more ridiculous than it already is, and nobody gets 270. Then it goes to a House vote by delegation for President, and a Senate vote for VP. Let’s win the court cases, first, and worry about the potential other shenanigans after.
