No clue why he’s going, but he is a top level strategic genius so I suspect he has something up his sleeve. FYI - My first thought though, was that he was going there to provide moral support for Rudy and maybe explain to the court his motives in person for bringing these lawsuits. But I know no more than you with regards to his presence in the court room.
No. There is an appeal on narrow grounds. If granted..it goes back down to Judge Brann. So far..i have not seen it granted. PA did file their response.
