Pro-Trump attorney Sidney Powell said the Trump presidency will be "saved" with a "massive" lawsuit in Georgia she plans to drop by Wednesday. Powell contended Trump was "elected in an absolute landslide nationwide" in an interview Tuesday with Lou Dobbs.
"I think no later than tomorrow," Powell said of the lawsuit. "It's just going to be -- it's a massive document. And it's going to have a lot of exhibits."
"Do you think that we're going to see the Trump presidency saved?" Dobbs asked.
"Yes, I definitely do," Powell answered. "There's no issue in my mind but that he was elected in an absolute landslide nationwide."
"There's no doubt that the software was created and used in Venezuela to control the elections and make sure that Hugo Chavez was always reelected as the dictator of Venezuela, in what appeared to be -- quote -- "free and fair elections" -- end quote," she said. "But they were manipulated by the software used in the Dominion machines and used by other machines in the United States, frankly. And we are just continuing to be inundated by evidence of all the frauds here, and every manner and means of fraud you could possibly think of."

I hope she’s right. I assume this is the same lawsuit being dropped Monday or Tuesday. Time for action, not talk.
Here-forth my opinion:
Read the filing carefully when available.
Sydney will open the “interruption” in counting and point out that it occurred in corresponding timeframes or windows of opportunity. (vote count totals and time).
Opportunity being 1/3 of crime investigation.
If done correctly, this will be found to be /interstate/ conspiracy to defraud the American people.
States (or, parties within those States) are constrained from conspiring with other States in an election.
If they do, the people of all other States are defrauded.
If done by the Democrat party, they are exposed to the RICO statute.
A confluence of vote percentages, total votes predicted for mail-in/absentee votes, and phone calls within the interruption window will be the smoking gun.
NSA/MIL has it all.

Of course we all want her to succeed. But it is also critical that as many people as possible become aware of exactly what happened.
This is as much about future elections as it is about this one although I am sure many will disagree. Awareness will go a long way towards preventing future wrongs like this. As importantly is that someone (or many) be made to pay for this. If this does not happen there ill be no reason for the creeps to do it again and again and again.
Evidence makes no difference when you have a compromised, dem-appointed judge.

The way this was explained to me, was the rats 🐀 believed the polls, that said Biden would be an easy winner. I don’t think any Freepers believed them, but when the rats 🐀 saw a Trump landslide, the fraud machine went into overdrive. It was such a massive conspiracy, that no one could hide it, though the rats 🐀 may have hoped it wouldn’t be found.

Voting records are required to be maintained.
They are supposed to be maintained BY LAW just for the purposes of doing an audit, if one is needed.
If they can’t reproduce the results then they can be tossed out, or else what is the point of an audit.

One of the points rarely discussed here is that Trump actually won in a massive landslide. I’m thinking like 15%.
Some 80 million voters are not gonna sit back and take it.
Democrats who don’t want to go to jail for helping vote fraud should consider that very carefully, because there are worse things than jail.
And only the first whistleblowers get the best deal.
More and more, Powell is manipulating and exploiting American patriots, and what she is doing is disgraceful.
Her numerous pointless interviews are well past the point of abuse.
An attorney in charge of a lawsuit Powell promises would not be wasting precious time relentlessly promoting herself.
The lawsuit will be nothing more than what we already know, IOW nothing which will definitively convince a judge or a skeptic that the results should be overturned. There will be reliance on connections and associations which will confirm what people on our side already know, but fall dismally short of making any difference.
And then Powell will go through her usual “we wuz robbed” routine to cover up her incompetence, and to ask for more money.
People do not want to see this, true. Our hopes are too deep and broad, and our trust is freely given.
And thus Powell will deserve far more contempt than she will get. She has exploited patriots’ heart-felt feelings and hopes that well.
