Pro-Trump attorney Sidney Powell said the Trump presidency will be "saved" with a "massive" lawsuit in Georgia she plans to drop by Wednesday. Powell contended Trump was "elected in an absolute landslide nationwide" in an interview Tuesday with Lou Dobbs.
"I think no later than tomorrow," Powell said of the lawsuit. "It's just going to be -- it's a massive document. And it's going to have a lot of exhibits."
"Do you think that we're going to see the Trump presidency saved?" Dobbs asked.
"Yes, I definitely do," Powell answered. "There's no issue in my mind but that he was elected in an absolute landslide nationwide."
"There's no doubt that the software was created and used in Venezuela to control the elections and make sure that Hugo Chavez was always reelected as the dictator of Venezuela, in what appeared to be -- quote -- "free and fair elections" -- end quote," she said. "But they were manipulated by the software used in the Dominion machines and used by other machines in the United States, frankly. And we are just continuing to be inundated by evidence of all the frauds here, and every manner and means of fraud you could possibly think of."

The QR record, printed on the ICX paper “voter record,” is what the tabulators observe -— NOT what the voter sees marked in the ellipses/ovals on the “voter record.”

“Any changes to the source code of any component of Democracy Suite would require new certification by the U.S. Election Assistance Commissionand the State of Georgia.”

The fact that the Dominion machines completed and printed the voter ballot from an electronic touchscreen is a big red flag for me. So they print the ballot, it gets fed into the machine (but it’s counted by a non-user readable code - this is true), then what happens out the other end? What’s the chain of custody once that ballot is inserted into the counting machine and comes out the other end of it and ultimately into the hands of the hand counters?

A little late to hope people step forward. They should have the pleading sewn up ready to file now, not hoping to get witnesses.
Wood has been puffing. He suggested he had "video evidence" of Kemp involved in election fraud. What he had was a suspicion that one of the polling places had a video camera. He didn't actually have the tape from the camera.
He said Kemp was "corrupt." And, gosh, darn it, he hoped someone would provide evidence to that effect.
The overseas server that was impounded in a special forces raid? Well, Powell "heard about that." She "heard Kemp was corrupt," too.
There's going to be a big hearing on Pennsylvania fraud... It's going to be held by some Pennsylvania Republicans in a hotel conference room. "We need to hear these complaints!" Rudy will be there.
Honestly, I've been hoping for a big break. But all I'm getting are face palms.
Last few months Lin Wood has been a little off-center.
He did put together a decent filing for Georgia, but I don't know where its going. It was denied by a judge there, but I don't know if he is appealing.
The chain of custody of the ballots is the same as it has always been. You can see the ballot at the scanner, it isn't a hidden process. The ballots are collected and set aside as a paper audit of the recorded ballot. The paper ballot is what is checked by the voter.
Most if not all election security advisors say the paper trail is a must for a secure election. That way the tabulators can be audited with a record of "the intent of the voter" which is what happened in Georgia.
If the ballots are messed with, you would have to know how many of one kind of ballot to pull and for what kind of ballot to replace with. Note that this is not that easy as it would seem for a one race ballot with two contenders because each precinct is also conducting other Federal, State, and Local elections as well. All in all, to pull off a fraud with a paper ballot audit is not going to happen as long as every poll worker in the state in every precinct is not in on the scam.

Well, I think with the paper ballots to compare to the Dominion totals, you could discount (although not completely eliminate,) the idea that the machines themselves changed the count, regardless of the ballots.
However, you’d be assuming a transparent chain of custody. Wood complains that there were several hours where the ballots were unobserved after the polls closed but during the counting process, and that is where paper switching or even adding could have taken place. He has some convincing affidavits to that effect.
