It is an uphill climb. Even if Trump shows incontrovertible evidence of theft the court could still rule against him “for the good of the country”...

Don’t kid yourself folks... anyone who tells you this is a slam dunk, even with all the evidence in the world is lying to you.

RE: SCOTUS would chicken out “for the good of the country....

True.

Four votes are in cement (Roberts and his three leftist pals). Others should remember that appeasement of tyrants never works.

The SCOTUS vote for Biden would usher in a new packed court where they would be in a diluted, weakened and humilating situtation (unless Romney, S. Collins, Murkowski and the new GA GOP Senator—??—will stay strong for conservative side against the packing leislation. Would they?).

I am hoping at the very least, this goes to the SCOTUS and they invalidate some votes that were cast and tell the states if their voting system/process is incapable of getting the job done on ELECTION day that in the future any case reaching them with activity beyond election DAY will be invalidated.

THEY have STILL not called some congressional races!

Like many millions of others, my household has stopped watching Fox News.
Our feeling is that they are complicit with this issue. We do miss hearing opinions from Tucker, Sean, Laura, Jeanine, Greg, and Jesse.

That said, she is entirely correct that we need five of our justices to stand strong. Laura is totally accurate with that assessment.
Leftwingers only need influence a SINGLE justice to topple the sanctity of our electoral system and the foundation of our beloved Constitution.

Then what is the point of voting? The Democrats have wanted loose election laws designed to cheat for years, COVID gave it to them and that is why there needs to be an investigation into just what the DEMOCRATS knew about CORONAVIRUS and their collusion with the Chinese to spread it around the world but mostly IN the USA. There has been NO DOWNSIDE for the Democrats with COVID, its all good.

Please stop drinking the koolaid the fake news have been giving you.

Look at the comments from those closest to the case. Trump will win.
