Not that I doubt it, because I have no reason to suggest they are blowing smoke, but I do note there is a pronounced pattern of the “evidence“ always being two weeks away.
considering the court rules and also democrat legal strategy to delay or deprive actively intro of evidence to court record i would cut trump lawyers a break.
you dont file evidence at the complaint stage or lega strategy reasons,
