considering the court rules and also democrat legal strategy to delay or deprive actively intro of evidence to court record i would cut trump lawyers a break.
you dont file evidence at the complaint stage or lega strategy reasons,

Dem teams working as fast as they can to hide or destroy evidence, to legally defeat honest inquiry, and to employ thug-soldier squads for purposes of intimation on every level.

i tried replaying a few times but i did not pick that up. i was sometimes only listening with one ear while i was typing and taking care of unrelated stuff all at the same time lol so it is possible that he said it (perhaps someone else caught it?).
he did mention that the pope allegedly canceled all christmas liturgy... yikes... we live in interesting times (broken record attack lol)
