When thieves are in the process of robbing a bank and beating the crap out out of the customers (That would be the voters in this case) in the bank while authorities are watching in real-time, do the authorities wait for a court order or last possible day to file a petition in court to take action and arrest them ON THE SPOT?

I keep referring to the Election of 1876, and most folks have no clue what I am talking about...

The fraud in that election was _massive_, which was proven by the ridiculous increase in "voter turnout" figures, just like in 2020.

Nobody of any significance went to jail for that fraud in 1876.

Nobody.

So, we have historical precedent for a decoupling of criminal prosecution and the actual choosing of a President, even with evidence of massive fraud.

If we fail, there will be plenty of time to Monday morning quarterback--but we are _not_ there today.

I would suggest there is a lot of pressure by fake republicans to have the FBI/DHS to stand down. With this letter it forces their hand to act
