I keep referring to the Election of 1876, and most folks have no clue what I am talking about...
The fraud in that election was _massive_, which was proven by the ridiculous increase in "voter turnout" figures, just like in 2020.
Nobody of any significance went to jail for that fraud in 1876.
Nobody.
So, we have historical precedent for a decoupling of criminal prosecution and the actual choosing of a President, even with evidence of massive fraud.
If we fail, there will be plenty of time to Monday morning quarterback--but we are _not_ there today.

I would be surprised if no one goes to jail for the threats against Emily Murphy.
