Bug out to where?
That is what I keep going back to. I know some expats, and they all say being an American during a period of unrest means you get eaten first.
“ Bug out to where?”
Just about anywhere has better odds...when Amerika goes totalitarian, the most advanced technology and the most advanced military will be at their fingertips. Stuff we don’t even know about and maybe can’t fathom. And they will be the most ruthless and brutal dictators the world has ever seen, with that tech and military at their command.
I’ll take my chances anywhere else.
