Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh said President Trump's legal team is running out of time to produce evidence of voter fraud if they hope to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
Limbaugh, speaking on his show Monday, referenced the lengthy press conference held last week by Trump's legal team that prompted bipartisan criticism over the nature of allegations and lack of evidence provided.
"I talked to so many people who were blown away by it, by the very nature of the press conference," Limbaugh said. "They promised blockbuster stuff, and then nothing happened. And that’s just not good."
"If you’re gonna do a press conference like that with the promise of blockbusters then there has to be something more than what that press conference delivered," he added.

The election laws and rules ensure it.
Not sure ! Because after elections the DNC mafia can be caught fingers in the pots as before they would have vehemently protest for their sincerity .
The point actually is , do people have the will and the strength to really FIGHT and WIN that battle
The courts, including the SCOTUS, will not rule on ballots or votes. They might rule that a state didn't follow their own elections laws, but then it's back to the state's Secretary of State (i.e. executive branch)...who are already certifying fraudulent results.
If we have a chance at beating the systemic fraud, it's going to have to come from the affected states legislature.
It will be up to those state's legislatures.
It's legitimate, it's right there in the Constitution and it's an excellent example of federalism:
Article II Section 1. The executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his office during the term of four years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same term, be elected, as follows:Each state shall appoint, in such manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a number of electors, equal to the whole number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or person holding an office of trust or profit under the United States, shall be appointed an elector.
If the (R) state legislatures do their job (after massive pressure from their constituents, no doubt), they will audit their election results and either direct their electors to vote for Trump as a result, OR fail to field a slate of electors (because time has run out). It's happened before.
With the state legislatures acting on their Constitutional authority, either Trump gets over 270, or neither do and the process goes to the House where the 1 vote per state occurs and Trump is re-elected. [1][2].
It's going to be up to the people of those states to put insurmountable pressure on their state representatives.

She just framed the question wrong. Instead of a direct accusation of Kemp She needed to say what Gowdy said about POUTS: “If you’re not guilty of taking bribes start acting like it.”

To be fair Rudy's team intended to present PA evidence in Fed district court, end of last week. Instead Obama appointed judge denied them an evidentiary hearing. That is the case the 3rd circuit has accepted for expedited appeal. Our briefs must already be in, there's have to be in by 4pm eastern tomorrow. How things go after that I don't know. Lin Wood, if I understand correctly, was also blocked from doing much at this first court. He's filing today with 11th circuit. Rat strategy, in part, is to block and delay while the clock runs. Then accuse us of having, and doing, nothing. It's not fair, but it is effective, for awhile.

Rush has been doing quite a lot of this “making it clear” on what he said. Rush, I love you man, but you have done this before on many vital topics and you need to STOP fueling the enemy. (ie: NAFTA, Trump in the primaries, Apple..wait I’ll think of some more, there’s more)
