New restrictions on public life in Pennsylvania will take effect this week, including a one-night shutdown on alcohol sales Wednesday evening, as COVID-19 cases continue to increase in the state.
Health Secretary Dr. Rachel Levine announced the new restrictions and recommendations as she said "transmission of COVID-19 is reaching new heights."
Among those restrictions will be a temporary shutdown of all alcohol sales on Thanksgiving Eve, which is traditionally a night that many people return to their hometowns and go out drinking with childhood friends.

The case mortality rate, according to Johns Hopkins, is 2.1%. Take into account that having a heart attack, getting shot, falling from a rooftop or pissing into a 220 socket is also listed as COVID related, the case mortality rate is likely .5%, at best.

the other day it was reported that 51,000 heart attacks were classed as covid deaths; an individual on this very website defended this to the hilt, arguing that since covid is an underlying factor, those 51,000 deaths are classed exactly as they should be...
Most of the higher percentage counties are likely from the earlier nursing home deaths due to the forced re-admittance of Covid infected residents and admittance of others like the thug who beat the old man with whom he was sharing a room. Should all be laid at the door of Wolf & “Rachel”, but they got away with it.

The stats vary over time. But they’re more favorable now since the initial outbreak which reached double digits.
The forced nursing homes deaths certainly ratched up the mortality numbers.

Overall US figures. Singling out particular states is misleading. Especially the Blue state of PA, where Herr Wolf and his freak witchdoctor has royally screwed the pooch.

I shared the JH United States figures. Going by PA figures is misleading. Other, far better run states, have lower case mortality rates.

The data I posted also came from Johns Hopkins — yesterday’s data.
Thus far, I’ve stated more than once that the Case Mortality merely reflects the presence of Covid-19. I’ve also stated the results are limited to those tested. I went further and posted the JH numbers that support my initial 3% approximation — data that is directly related to the article, and data that’s from the same source you referenced.
Once it was made clear that amplification of samples was being done at 35 times and higher, it became apparent that “infection” rates were bogus. We already know that actual deaths from the Chinese virus are wildly inflated. This is in no way a “pandemic”.
My brother’s girlfriend in philly said she and he family will do what they want, and Kenny, Wolf and Levine can go to hell.
