As much as I disagree with these ridiculous new emissions rules I believe this to be a states’ rights/Tenth Amendment issue that the federal government had no business interfering with.

I’m fine with that as long as everything is consistent across the board. Eliminate ALL Federal standards for cars and auto travel — including seat belt requirements, fuel efficiency standards, vehicle crash standards, etc.

I imagine they are as divided as the rest of us are. But unfortunately, they are predisposed to follow orders. So you are ok with being unable to take you gas powered vehicle into or through that state? Guess you will be ok with requiring vaccine before you can do that as well. Ok got it.
