Not too late to have a special session of the Georgia legislature and if this gets tied up in court the senatorial run-off can be delayed. This is worth fighting for.

The Senate runoff is a federal election, and apparently Georgia law has limited applicability. The Georgia constitution and code prohibit people from voting in a runoff if they didn’t vote in the general election. However, this must have been declared invalid by a federal judge at some time in the recent past.
