That was my take. It was for legal reasons of brevity, not because she was wrong or crazy or anything other Leftist label.
That’s the crux of it. If she has proof, lets see it. Any governor of either party needs to go to prison if he or she is taking bribes. My late grandfather had a few under his watch during his years with the Bureau of Prisons.
The problem is that she is leveling this accusation without pointing to any evidence of any kind. That is unacceptable, Democrat-like behavior.

No, she has no obligation to present evidence to the media or to anyone, but no one has any obligation to believe her, either. Allegations unsupported by evidence are not entitled to belief--that's the point most of us kept making during the Kavanaugh affair.
I don't see how she is going to present any evidence in a court of law when she is not representing anyone in court. As far as I know, she is not currently nor has she ever been an attorney of record for any party in any litigation concerning the 2020 Presidential election. And even if she did represent someone, their claims will become moot very soon, so if she's going to do it, she'd better get a client with standing and file suit immediately.
Without a client who has a justiciable claim, the only chance she has of accomplishing anything with whatever evidence she has is to present it to the public. Either way, we are rapidly reaching the point where nothing can be done to prevent Biden's election, so if she has evidence, now's the time.
And if she's going to accuse the Republican governor of Georgia of a felony while he is campaigning to maintain a Republican majority in the Senate, then it better be based on more than just her suspicion. Based on everything I've seen from her over the last couple weeks, I don't think it is.
