She certainly has authority to investigate and gather evidence.
It WILL be presented to the ‘applicable authorities’ - but until then, she’d be nuts - and a very stupid lawyer - to divulge it all publicly.
And it would be a service to this nation if she had already turned over her evidence to Trump and the DOJ.
