Because the recount was by hand and with observers.

THE RECOUNT BY HAND MATCHED THE INITIAL MACHINE RESULT.

This doesn’t address quality of ballots or envelopes. It strictly and only tests the machines and the machines do indeed pass that test.

Software yelling and flailing arms is a fail. The software was not the reason in Georgia for this result. The SoS allowing no signature verify was the problem.

An audit of that will generate potentially enough 1000s of problems to get the legislature to appoint Trump electors, but the machines and software, not a problem in Georgia. That is barking up the wrong tree.
