I had a large farm in Wisconsin. I would be pulling the chisel plow and pow! A big rock. I would take out the skidsteer to dig it up only to find it as big as a truck. The best thing to do is to dig a Big hole beside it and blast the top off. Then bury that in the hole.
Sounds to me like someone just wants idiots to get rid of his rock problem for free.
