So, Tucker, with limited time to locate, investigate and develop the evidence in time for presentation to the court, how much time should they set sacrifice for your needs? Will you help prepare the case?

Imagine how long it takes to prepare one affidavit from one witness. The individual is identified as a possible witness. Someone calls or visits or emails the witness to ask what they know if whether they are willing to testify. How long to make contact with employed people?

Then they interview that person, check out the details, gather documents that support that testimony, and verify what they are saying. How long, Tucker, to to that part of the job.

Then they prepare an accurately worded affidavit, and have the witness verify that the wording is accurate. Then they meet to have the affidavit signed by a notary. How much time, Tucker?

Then, how many other witnesses have affidavits prepared? How many people can appear immediately to discuss these things? Must they be scheduled? Are there conflicting schedules?

Tucker, unlike your show, a witness takes more than five minutes per person to make glib references to your questions that consume fully half of that five minutes.

Now, about those experts that need to review the codes for the computers...how long will that take, Tucker? Should they stop to talk to you?

You are falsely setting up a scenario that sound much like an ER doctor stopping CPR to tell the press that the patient’s heart stopped beating and describing the plan to restart it through CPR.

Read one affidavit on air and discuss it if you want evidence.
