He/she/it has already created Covid-19 camps in EVERY Province! No legislation, just an Order-in-Council (similar idea to an EO in the US.) to create them. They are for CCP-Coronavirus sufferers, and ‘others’. So far, no ‘residents’ living there yet, AFAIK. I have little doubt that conservative internet creators in Kanadhar are the ‘others’ and will end up there eventually.
