It was and I thought it was presented well. A little long, but as they said this is a complicated and multi-faceted matter so I did not mind. It was much more organized in the presentation than what we have been able to glean from the media hits they have been doing.
Now they have to bring the receipts to court.

This may be a silly question, but can we the people just shut that agency down?
Attorney’s present evidence in court every day in America. The Trump campaign is doing their own investigation. I have no idea if DOJ is looking into any of this and it appears they are not as that would be all over the media.
The Trump campaign still has the ability to present their case to a court. They can be granted the legal right to depose witnesses and/or request the production of documents.
The problem though was stated clearly by Powell and others today. Cases like this take a long time to put together and present in court and that is the rub. We don’t have a lot of time here and that is why they are using the affidavits of fraud and lack of adherence to the law/procedures to try and get the attention of the court.

I hope so. Between now and then anything could happen to those servers if the good guys have them and they aren’t well put up. The way it stands now, if they have all of that AND the servers it should be a slam dunk. If we have the servers I really hope Trump keeps them away from the FBI and other government agencies that have tried to take him down.
Trump was right, this was a fraud on the American People, he knows.
As I've posted before, the problem with this conspiracy is that the keepers of the evidence are the people who are implicated by the evidence.
Normally, people with decision-making authority who are implicated in malfeasance are asked to recuse from making decisions affecting them.
That doesn't seem to be the case with election officials or Secretaries of State where suspected voter fraud has taken place.
The alleged criminals are allowed to stop the audits that might find their criminality, and then the Courts has cover to say there is no evidence to rule on.

IF the good guys by our reckoning have them, then I would bet DIA is busy with them 24/7. ... I would love to know who gave the command to stop counting. That source had realtime data they didn’t want to have into the system without ‘,assaging it’.

When Sidney said that, I thought “In any other context, that would be actionable by Dominion to sue for libel, but this is Sidney - she’s got the receipts - and she’s a seasoned former prosecutor - she wouldn’t have said that unless she can back it up.”
Agree, so Dana should have said, if Dominion doesn't sue they are stone cold guilty.
