You made 5 great and accurate points, and they are obvious, enough to be seen and appreciated by a majority on SCOTUS. I think that the foreknowledge of the effects of a Harris administration, on the nation will make a difference on the rulings that are certain to come down.
While I hope that SCOTUS might help, I don’t think it’s something that can be relied on. My thought is that the only real path to save this election is to have it sent to the congress to decide but that’s a longshot as well.
In any event, there’s not much for the average voter (who’s currently being robbed) to do along those lines, so my point was that while the president fights on that front, the Georgia races are an opportunity to put the death of the Republic off for a couple of more years.
What comes after, if that fails, is incredibly ugly, and I don’t think that most have the stomach for it.
