"I think I understand what you are getting at. After 9/11 the question was asked, “Are we at war?” and the answer was always, “yes”. But the last time that Congress declared war was in April, 1942 when we declared war on Bulgaria, Hungary, and Romania. We have certainly been at war since, and plenty of Americans have given “aid and comfort to the enemy” (cough cough Jane Fonda cough cough) yet none have been charged with treason. If this election has been stolen, it’s been stolen by Americans. I have no doubt foreign nations might well have been cheering them on. The man who currently is styling himself “President-Elect” is certainly in China’s pocket."

If it can be established that U.S. citizens did the bidding of China or other countries in committing fraud in this election and accepted monetary or other help from China, are they unlawful combatants? If non-U.S. citizens were caught in the U.S. helping U.S. citizens commit election fraud, can they be tried in military tribunals? Can they be given life sentences in Gitmo versus a quick trip to the gallows in exchange for their testimony against their American collaborators?
Is election fraud a form of sabotage?

Consider Hunter Biden taking money from China; he is “guilty as hell and free as bird”. We are told by the media that there is absolutely no scandal involving Hunter Biden. The same media that tells us that the great election theft is ‘unfounded’.
