People here will hate me but I just offer opinions based on what I see.
He is going to ask them flat out, 1) How many Biteme votes can we overturn with these suits? and 2) What is the real possibility that state legislatures will get involved?
(Two days ago, MI, PA, WI, and GA state legislative spokesmen said they wouldn’t. I think if his legal team says the absolute most they can hope for in the courts is that the USSC will at some point throw out some of the absentees-—but not enough to win, I think he will concede.
I think his team knows that the Dominion server conspiracy case, while likely very solid, is not specific enough in terms of harms (i.e., can’t show specifically that the votes went to Biteme, only that it looks incredibly fishy. But that’s not enough to take points off the board.)
I know you guys don’t want to hear this, but this is what I think is going on.

He’s losing and withdrawing lawsuits all over the place. I heard Sidney Powell this afternoon on Rush’s program. When Mark Steyn asked her how the Dominion machines could have had their votes switched by overseas hackers headquartered in Barcelona when the voting machines aren’t hooked to the Internet, she was silent. She repeated conspiracy theories she says she “heard.” Really? We don’t need more rumors and hearsay flying all over the place, we need hard data and proofs from unimpeachable sources. Barring that, these “lawyers” should put up or shut up.
I was not impressed with Powell at all. She sort of reminds me of those hucksters on cable television selling miracle laser cures to regrow your thinning hair.
