If you need help vomprehending[sic] the above just say so and I will try to simplify it even more for your smarmy twisting soul.

Yes, please do simplify it further for my smarmy twisting soul.

What happens if a manual recount of the paper ballots, which MUST BE RETAINED PER MICHIGAN LAW, is performed by hand, which means NOT RUNNING THEM THROUGH THE MACHINES A SECOND TIME?

One of two things: Either the manual recount shows a tally that is very close to the original electronic count, or the count is wildly off by hundreds of thousands.

My smarmy twisting soul awaits with bated breath to be further educated by your obviously superior intellect.

Keep this idea to yourself. Delay it. Do not be compelled to share the damned thing.

Otherwise, we 1) lose Hope, 2) cave to a coup, 3) concede to Treason by way of a fraudulent electronic election, and 4) fall to Communism.

In any case, We have no use for such hopelessness, certainly not until which time Trump says that “Hopeless” is our lot.

This idea is becoming increasingly appealing. I would like to nominate my new home state of Florida as the seat of the new Red capital. Since we know how to run an election, we have Ron Desantis, and DJT already lives here too ;)

In-person voters had higher standards applied to them than mail-in voters.

So I am not allowed to think anything you percieve (sic) as negative.
(yes, I called out your spelling error)

You can "think" whatever you want. The relevance of what you think is what I'm directing my comment towards.

If you had said instead that you knew something for fact...well, you get my point.
We wouldn't be having this conversation.

I read that Haspel walked out of a meeting because of this, probably to save her own resume.
I haven’t kept up with news too much lately, too many unfounded “truths” and emotions running high.

Yeah, I am sure he is gathering his team to tell him shit he already knows.

That’s what Presidents do.

You are missing the point entirely.

If you ever had a point, you’d be better than Del Griffith.

You never do.

I detected a selfish spirit in Newsmax when they were given the opportunity to shine in the face of Foxnews betrayals.

The way a secular person presents events of Christian faith is “The faithful believe ...” rather than “It is alleged”.

Steve Bannon’s War Room is doing quite well as is AmericasVoice.news in general. OANN is doing better and better. People believe reliable, respectful, factual news information channels are needed to economize our time. We need to be patient as new media sources shake out.

It kinda reminded me of content from The History Channel, back... 1995 or so.

Last nite was my first nite on Newsmax, btw. I went looking for OAN and found it... Better, honestly. More newsy.

Newsmax needs to step up their game in their graphics and production stuff. Also the guy doing the turbo-caffeinated biography of George Washington in 10 minutes or whatever was most annoying.

“At the behest and for the benefit of a hostile foreign power or powers? Hmmm.”

Full disclosure, I’m not a lawyer, don’t play one on T.V. and I haven’t stayed at a Holiday Inn. Because of how the Brits historically misused the crime of treason, the Founders wisely decided to strictly define treason in the Constitution. It refers to giving aid and comfort to an enemy. While Communist China may be a hostile foreign power, it has never been an ‘enemy’ of the U.S. in the sense that we’ve never been officially at war with the nation.

As I stated earlier, the last person actually executed for treason was during the Civil War and his treasonous act consisted of taking down the U.S. flag. It could well be that treason might be an impossible to prove in a modern courtroom.

As to other charges, the thieves of this election might face, I sure they could be charged with something, but getting a conviction in any urban area might be tricky. Certainly in D.C. no democrat need fear a jury trail no matter how much evidence is presented. And the inverse is true as well. Any Republican charged with anything will be convicted.

The question is will we find a judge who will allow the case to proceed?

How many cases have been dismissed so far, and how many are proceeding?
