If they ask for 792,000 ballots to get the attention of the court. The Judge reviews and sayes “I can’t throw out all these ballots...but maybe Ican throw out X number of verified fraudulant ballots which will hopefully be enough to kick the state into the Trump collumn. OR, it gets the attention of the legislature that there is massive fraud and maybe they need to seat the Trump electors rather than the electors for cheatem Joe.

If Donald Trump had listened to all the people telling him “no way”, “impossible”, “waste of time”, “never happen”, he would never have become President.
