I believe that Detroit falls under Amy Coney Barrett’s area, so only she can reject it from coming to the SCOTUS.

This is by definition, an invalid basis to reject a claim. When there are disputed facts presented by different witnesses, unless one or the other version has been proven false, the lawsuit goes on to determine who is right. It may be that he rejected the request for emergent, injunctive relief because that requires the higher standard that the Plaintiff shows “likelihood of success on the merits”. Then, if there is competing testimony, the plaintiff does not have a preponderance of evidence and cannot show likelihood of success on the merits.
If anyone thought a Detroit judge in a massively-Democratic county was going to give a GOP candidate any relief you’re crazy. This was anticipated. And this lawsuit dealt with more of these “stop the count” issues, which I cannot believe would EVER work unless it’s a Bush-Gore thing
Need to take this to the Supreme Court.

Here’s a link for you that, in my opinion, refutes your assertion that the left is winning. Quite the contrary, assuming Gary Gindler is correct, there is ZERO chance that Biden will make it to the Oval Office. The problem is that only .0000001% of the 70 million Trump voters UNDERSTAND.
I imagine minus zero Biden voters understand so an hour or two on the rifle range is recommended.

So, one guy’s “word” trumps many people signing sworn affidavits contradicting him. This is gonna get slapped down so hard you’ll hear it in California.
A principle of law is that an affidavit made under penalty of perjury should be given weight and considered as true.
Despite a defendant’s arguments in rebuttal to an affiant’s claim of injury, in this case, an audit would do no harm to the election process and to the contrary, an audit would actually test and ultimately strengthen the voting process.
WTH does a pre Election Day walk have to do with what happened election night???

I do have to ask a question. Did they take the time to vote in their State and Local elections and pay attention to who was running on the Republican side? You’re lucky if you get even get 20% to turn out for those primaries. And that’s how these elections get stolen.
Imagine if, now all 70 million Trump voters actually got more involved in these elections and paid attention. Then that’s where we truly can stop the steal in the future. We may not be able to save Trump this time around.
But, do you think Trump hasn’t lost before? He’s lost more times than any of us, but he always came back. It will be no different this time.
I’m not throwing in the towel, but I do know the odds. But no matter what, we cannot give up the fight, because that is precisely what the Democrats are counting on from our side.
