The Republican Party of Arizona has filed a lawsuit to enforce a state law requiring a hand count of votes by precinct. For the 2020 general election, additional polling places or "voting centers" were set up throughout Maricopa County allowing voters from different precincts to cast a ballot. The Republican Party of Arizona is asking for a court order to direct Maricopa County to follow the state statute.

Fight this to the end but I have no doubt what the outcome will be. They all hate Trump and want him gone. And us too, obviously.
The state courts now know that the SCOTUS is carefully watching their decisions. Judges don’t like to be overruled by the SCOTUS.
An audit is also needed as the fraud was very likely baked in as well. Even if NBC and other outlets told us that Trump won this state, it would have been a lot like Ron DeSantis’ win in Florida in that he did it in spite of that good deal of fraud involved.
The ‘Rats have ensured that the ballots are so muddied up that it will not be possible to unwind all the illegal votes. Courts have been nearly universally reluctant to toss ballots which cannot, in their individuality, be identified as fraudulent. It can likely be should to a mathematical certainty that, say, a million ballots must be bogus but unless each individual ballot can be shown to be defective it will be very hard to get court relief.
These state legislatures need to be getting ready to declare spoiled elections and to use their constitutional authority to assign Electors.
