Arizona Judge Refuses to Seal Names of Witnesses in Vote Fraud Case
An Arizona state court judge refused to seal evidence, including video taken within a polling place and declaration of witnesses with their name and other identifying information, in a case brought by the Trump campaign and Arizona Republican Party claiming voter fraud.
Judge Daniel Kiley refused the request, Phoenix NBC network affiliate KPNX reported, apparently agreeing with attorneys for Maricopa County officials.
The Trump campaign and Arizona GOP filed the lawsuit on Saturday claiming that thousands of votes in Maricopa County were unlawfully disqualified or considered ''overvotes'' voided because they were marked for more than one candidate in the same race. They asked for the sealing of the evidence in a subsequent motion.

Like in days of the revolution these people may need a visit
Agree. Anyone that keeps us from having fair elections should be held accountable. If government wont do it, people should. .
“WTH is an ‘overvote’
When I was doing elections it meant that there were more votes cast than there were voters. It may have changed its meaning since the ‘80s.
Witness intimidation. As if Rudy et al dont know how to handle tgat. As if trump didnt think of that.
An overvote is a vote marked for both candidates which spoils the ballot in that race.

@realDonaldTrump has made it abundantly clear he's more interested in pandering to his neo-nazi base than being @POTUS for all Americans.
Thank you.
On a ballot, it means that more than one candidate for an office was selected. In this case, there have historically been issues with using Sharpie markers on optically scanned ballots due to bleed through. Despite that fact, Maricopa county, in some (R) precincts, insisted that voters HAD to use Sharpies, and reportedly were even confiscating ballpoint pens from people.
Sharpies are allowed, per the rules, but it is very odd when the workers insist they be used, but then don’t scan properly.
The democrats get more and more "In-Your-Face" every year!
Even the Clintons weren't this blatantly aggressive!
After all - They did keep their hit list of "People-To-Be-Offed" unpublished.
.
A mark for Trump and a mark for Biden.
How does such happen?
1. Genuine mistake.
2. Deliberate spoilage of ballot.
Maybe so the witnesses don’t become targets of antifa/blm.
According to interviews of voters there, the ballots themselves said right on them not to use markers. Ball point only.
We use sharpies where I live but the paper stock is pretty thick. I have seen a little bleed through but they don’t come close to lining up with the columns of bubbles on the other side of the ballot. If the machine is set to only scan a narrow area on each side I guess it would be ok. Don’t know if it scans one side and then the other or both at the same time. The latter could be an issue.
So true...may truth prevail in Jesus’ Name.........
And I did take the time to find out who was and who wasnt appointed by a Republican, this election. Brewer appointed this turncoat. Embarrassed that the Rs dont hold together like the Ds do.
What it means is that a poll worker who has a ballot marked for Trump can color in a vote for biden on the same ballot so it must then be discarded. Over vote = negative Trump vote.
so make them public.I see no diff.Transparency is OK.
Need a big number of something to get state legislature involved
