I am still a little fuzzy on what you described, but does that imply that an honest paper ballot re-canvassing will identify the problem and result in a correct count?
IT will expose things. And just take into account the humdreds of thouseands of injected fraudulent ballots after the ‘supposed halt in counting’, and you have a massive proof differential! The machine totals will never match the physical ballot counts, not even close. The ‘lost ballot’ scam was trying to make the adjustments line up but they can never do so in places like Wayne county or Milwaukee.
A paper recount will eliminate the electronic ones that have no document trail on them. If the totals were rigged or hacked with numbers going to Biden there would have to be corresponding document trail to each electronic vote or they should be eliminated.
