I don’t understand how a recount of ballots will uncover fraud. Once a mail in ballot is separated from the its envelope, there is no way to validate it. Unless I’m missing something.

If there are 96,000 ballots with just Biden marked, there is no way to know who submitted it. They should at least be examined forensically, maybe same ink used. Are there all clustered together?

So, a recount might uncover if there was a fault in the software, assuming they don’t use the same software for the recount. But it won’t uncover the many other forms of fraud. Am I wrong?

They could save a lot of time by just examining Atlanta first. They really don’t need to recount Republican districts.

They do Brother. Because that's where the Dominion fraud took place.

A hand recount will resolve any issues with the voting machines, but not necessarily other types of fraud. BUT, that just might be enough to flip the State to Trump, and you know that Biden won't challenge much, because he knows deeper probes will only hurt him, not Trump.
