This is correct. the “Recount” is just RE-RUNNING the software frauded Dominion Voting Systems.
Interceding in this is the GOP suit to demand a FULL AUDIT and not run a RECOUNT which will allow the mixing of ILLEGAL BALLOTs as well as the fraudulent electronic voting system.
This SEC State is not a Trump person— he is responsible for accepting the Dominion Voting Systems, and allied with that decision is possible financial malfeasance. The Lobbyist for Dominion is the former chief of staff of the now Governor Kemp who was the Sec State prior to winning the governorship defeating stacey abrams. There is some internecine battles going on and they are directed at the two Senator candidates as well as Trump.

A hand recount is fine when combined with a forensic exam of each Dominion Voting Systems precinct level reports of votes from those machine. The Precinct Level reports to State Board of Elections/Sec State-— this is where the STEAL electronically happpened.
This is separate from the hand recount of physical ballots— which should have the presence of Federal Marshal deputized Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security experts who have the equipment to VALIDATE the actual ballots. ie. not being printed in CHINA or not one of the Federal approved printers for all ballots in the US. How about that grand slam cross reference?
All ballots that were being counted at State Farm Arena on Election Night after the observers were told to go home because of a pipe burst (which was not in the arena at all)— all of those should be sequestered by COURT ORDER. No body who was counting them then should be allowed near those ballots again— including the supervisors and Fulton elections thieves. Yeah- it’d be a black white thing maybe—but so be it. Justice is blind— or should be to the perpetrators as pre-judiced.
