Problem is that the changes in the election rules in states such as PA was done WITHOUT consent of the state legislatures hence those changes were ILLEGAL.
Rudy did an interview with Joe Pags and the mail-in ballot thing was also not legislated so technically, unconstitutional. Not sure if that’s so in every swing state.
