The Legislature has complete control over a state’s election.
All that matters though is whether they can find proof that the Governor didn’t follow their laws, and that failure distorted the putative results.
I hope they do a good, fair investigation.
And complete it before the federal “safe harbor” law takes effect on Dec 8.

Article II of the Constitution reads to me like the legislature doesn't have to ask for permission.
Article II states, in part, "Each State shall appoint, in such manner the Legislature thereof may direct, a number of Electors, equal to the whole number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress; ...
This would be an audit aided by the Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Administration of the Department of Homeland Security, which would be ready to help the Legislature with any “difficulties” in pushback from State’s governor or other agents (state leos, bad actor sheriffs, etc.) They have arrest powers for endangering national security infrastructure, namely a Federal election fraudulently conducted by state organizations. I believe state legislatures are the only ones who can create election laws as well as per the constitution. Democraps were all year unconstitutionally overturning those laws in court which to me is more than enough reason to declare void every last ballot that violated the original laws

If, by Pennsylvania law, electors are allocated based on the popular vote then how can the legislature change that except through another law? And if they pass such a law after the election then what are the chances of the governor signing it or the courts upholding it?
