Official President Donald J. Trump Legal Defense Donate Page

Be mindful that there are 2 yellow shaded boxes on the donation page that are checked.

The first box asks if you want to make this donation every week, so it you do not want that to occur, uncheck the box

The second yellow shaded box asks if you want to make a 1,000 dollar donation automatically on 11/11, so if you don't want to do that, uncheck the box. Then you will have to provide your name, address, phone number and credit card payment information.

After you donate then it tries to get you to become top members. Check your email and see if you have received a confirmation email. If so, you can just close out here.

Trump has got to fire a few lawyers first.

Mark Steyn does a much better job than I can in the first 15 minutes of his fill-in for Rush.

Adding a little more to that, there’s a high-powered firm working for Trump that has been going behind his back and bad-mouthing him to The NY Times.

You can't give me a summary, to the best of your ability?

Is it that some of the lawyers are not really on his side?

There is a need for a lot of lawyers, but only ones truly committed to the cause, because there is a lot of fraud to contend with in a lot of states.

Online users of WinRed are subject to:

- WinRed Privacy Policy
- WinRed Terms of Service
- All [WinRed-associated] 3rd Party ToS and Privacy Policies

USPS snail mail:

Trump Make America Great Again Committee
310 First St. SE
Washington, D.C. 20003

Donald J. Trump for President, Inc.
725 Fifth Avenue
New York, NY 10022

There is some chance, that snail mail check donations, will be routed - AFTER being received at those addresses - to WinRed. Because, it seems, the RNC wants to track ALL contributors’ a) aggregate donations, b) locations, c) employment status, plus whatever personal info may be gleaned.

There is some chance, that the WinRed donation webpages that include the CHECKBOXES for auto-mated repeat donations, do NOT work as advertised; you may be finding extra donations made DESPITE your CHECKBOX selection efforts.

IMHO, the CHECKBOXES for WinRed, should be DISABLED by default.

From the website:

Contributions to TMAGAC made by an Individual/Federal Multicandidate Political Committee will be allocated according to the following formula:

60% of each contribution first to Save America, up to $5,000/$5,000, then to DJTP’s Recount Account, up to a maximum of $2,800/$5,000.

40% of each contribution to the RNC’s Operating account, up to a maximum of $35,500/$15,000. Any additional funds will go to the RNC for deposit in the RNC’s Legal Proceedings account or Headquarters account, up to a maximum of $213,000/$90,000.

Excerpted

This is the one that does not go to the RNC

Contributions to Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. (“DJTFP”) are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Funds received in response to this solicitation will be subject to federal source and amount limitations. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, and foreign nationals are prohibited.

By donating through this page, you agree that your contribution to DJTFP will be allocated as follows (Multicandidate PAC amounts in parentheses):

50% of each contribution, up to a maximum of $2,800 ($5,000), to be designated toward DJTFP’s 2020 general election account for general election debt retirement until such debt is retired. 50% of each contribution, up to a maximum of $2,800 ($5,000), to be designated toward DJTFP’s Recount Account. Any amount that exceeds the applicable contribution limit for 2020 general election debt retirement, including any amounts donated to DJTFP after such debt has been retired, will be designated in full toward DJFTP’s Recount Account, up to a maximum of $2,800 ($5,000).

Donations to DJTFP’s Recount Account will be used solely in connection with any post-election recounts and election contests and not for the purpose of influencing any federal election.

The Jones-Day Law firm which has represented the Dems on Obama Care is Trump’s team. They have been going behind everyone’s back and telling the NY Times that the Trump case is a bust and going nowhere.

Robert, thanks for your reply. Yes, I know what Wikipedia says, but anyone can enter information there. If you do a whois search you will see that Winred has a Canadian address. That is a huge turnoff for me, because I’m greatly security conscious and research everything before signing up on any site. I do wish there was a way to directly donate to the defense fund. I’d send a check by overnight mail if I was certain of a legitimate address.

I sent your response to the White House, and supposedly to President Donald J. Trump. Let's hope he actually sees it.

From whois, which is a long-standing, reputable service for finding out who is behind a website. whois.net

Type whois Winred in a search engine and you should get the same results I did.

whois is apparently a google app, and I'm not so sure I trust anything that google might tell me anymore.

But it looks like they may have servers there in Canada, or perhaps they incorporated there, but the Better Business Bureau says they are located in Arlington, VA 22219.

Can't really find out what the connection to Canada actually is.

I called (888) 288-1890, but no one answering the phone is the kind of person that has the answer as to their connection to Canada.

USPS snail mail - check or money order:

Donald J. Trump for President, Inc.
P. O. Box 13570
Arlington, VA 22219

Donations sent there, are processed with relative speed (usually within 1 week), by WinRed.

Donations to other locations mentioned by the Republican, and/or Trump campaigns, and/or House and Senate campaigns, may take weeks to be processed.
