What is the constitutional line of succession if Biden dies (COVID-19?) before inauguration?

If he should die after being elected by the Electoral College, then V.P.-Elect Harris would be inaugurated in January. If he dies before the Electoral College vote, I believe the dems can appoint someone to take his place, not necessarily Harris. Whether or not Biden Electors would be bound to vote for the replacement, I don’t know—it’s never happened.

The line of constitutional succession is, that if the President dies, the Vice President becomes President. Which means Camelface Harris would become president. The 3rd in line is the Speaker of the House.

If Biden dies before inauguration (assuming that he wins - and I’m not giving up yet)...DONALD J. TRUMP will be the President.

After January 20 at noon, it’ll be Cameltoe. There’s a reason that the VP-elect takes the oath first: once the outgoing POTUS is no longer POTUS at 12:00 P.M., the new VP can then fill the office if there is no replacement POTUS to take his oath and serve.
